需求分析:

Demand analysis:

与我们的客户讨论具体职位和人员的需求,借此了解客户需要什么样类型、经验、素质的人才;同时我们将了解客户的企业文化 、管理现状、工作环境,必要时将要求与最高负责人进行沟通,以保证被推荐人能够适应客户需求并长期稳定地工作.

Discuss specific requirements about positions and personnel with customers to understand what type of talents with what experiences and quality do they need; meanwhile, we will learn about the corporate culture, management status, work environment of our customers, and communicate with persons in charge about those requirements in order to make sure the talents being recommended are adapt to customer's needs and work stably for long time.

Market research:

了解分析市场并与客户沟通,沟通的目的是寻求一种有效的匹配.

Follow and analyze the market and communicate with customers; the goal of communication is seeking for an effective match.

提交访寻建议 :

Submitting suggestions on inquires:

包括我们对任务的理解、访寻目标和渠道、访寻的计划、访寻费的付费方式、其他相关建议.

Including our understanding towards tasks, goals and channels of inquires, plans for inquires, payment method for inquiry fees, and other related proposals.

协议签订 :

Sign the agreement:

签订协议书,进一步明确相互责任、权利和义务.

Sign the agreement to further clarify the mutual responsibilities, rights and obligations;

人才访寻、甄选:从我们的人才库中筛选并启动特定区域或行业的兼职猎手和信息采集顾问,针对性地进行广泛的人才访寻,必要时保持与 客户的沟通和讨论;进行认真仔细的甄选、测评、调查,确保人才的准确性和适合性.

Talents seeking and selection: we select carefully from our talents databank and appoint part-time hunters and information collection consultants in specific area or industry to carry out targeted inquiries on talents. If necessary, keep communication with our customers and discuss to conduct careful selection assessment and investigation, in order to ensure the accuracy and suitability of talents.

Talents recommendation:

对适合的人选以保密报告的方式提交给客户,并安排候选人接受客户的面试,共同讨论是否适合或需要加强哪些侧面的调查.

Submit suitable candidates in confidential reports to the customers, and arrange candidates to go for customers' interviews, and discuss whether they are appropriate or if there are any investigations need to be strengthened.

完成推荐:

Recommendation completed:

通过第56步工作,使客户寻找到合适的人才,协助解决人才聘用相关问题,同时做好后续沟通和服务,确保人才为企业创造良 好效益.

Through step 5 and step 6, make customers find suitable talents and assist them in resolving issues related to personnel employment. Meanwhile, make good communication and provide follow-up services to ensure those talents can create benefits for enterprises.
